Heya, Jubby here.
I've never really said this (at least not on the forum), but I like to cook food occasionally. I've made something a while ago and a friend suggested I post some photos to the forum.

I'm not the best at typing, but I tried to give a little caption to go along with it lol

Fried Ice Cream

Idk how to describe this well. It's basically a scoop of ice cream with a hard fried shell over it. It's pretty good and not too hard to make.

Here's a recipe if you're interested (I used Cinnamon toast crunch and whisked eggs instead of corn flakes and batter):
